This is the elite GED® RLA practice exam -- the toughest of all five. The format never changes:
- 46 questions plus the Extended Response, in 150 minutes; scored 100-200, 145 to pass.
What makes Level 5 the hardest of all: there is not a single routine question. You will trace an argument's logic (its concession, its analogy, the limit it sets), analyze a passage's diction and theme, decide which of two texts is better supported and how one author would answer the other, and read literary passages that stack several devices at once. If you can score well here, the real GED® RLA test will feel comfortable.
