This is the Mastery GED® Mathematical Reasoning practice exam -- a fresh test at the same elite ceiling as Level 5. The format never changes:

  • 46 questions in 115 minutes.
  • Part 1 (Questions 1-5): NO CALCULATOR. Expect fractional and negative exponents, rationalizing a radical, an exponent equation, and a complex fraction -- all by hand.
  • Part 2 (Questions 6-46): CALCULATOR ALLOWED.
  • A formula sheet is provided (next lesson); no returning to Part 1 once Part 2 begins.
  • Scored 100-200, with 145 to pass. No penalty for wrong answers.

What Level 6 is for: every item is a hard problem that stacks multiple ideas, with all-new numbers so you cannot lean on memory from Level 5. Treat it as a final dress rehearsal -- if you score well here, the real GED® Math test will feel comfortable.

Quick Check

If you can pass Level 6, how should the real GED® Math test feel by comparison -- harder or easier?
